California DFPI Regulated Entities registry — escrow license rows matched to branch addresses. Each public branch links to its DFPI source URL.
Each run compares the current DFPI snapshot to the prior week. Opens, status changes, and relocations appear on the Changes page when the comparison run completes.
Map pins require latitude and longitude. Offices without coordinates remain in the directory with a "Not on map" label — they are not dropped from the listing.
Office-submitted corrections with public sources are reviewed before publishing. Regulator facts and accepted corrections may appear on branch pages; internal review notes stay private.
